Training Program Details 

Fitness by Design offers three personal training programs, so there is something for everyone.  Our ACE Certified Personal Trainer designs every single work out and provides the extra motivation and accountability that will help you attain your goals.

The Gold Training Program This is for people who want a comprehensive customized training program and the ability to create customized meal plans and grocery lists, and also for those who desire extra time and support from their trainer.

The Silver Training ProgramThis program is for those who desire a very comprehensive cardiovascular and strength training program designed specifically for them.

The Bronze Training Program – This program is for the person who is getting started with a strength training program or advancing beyond their current training program and/or desiring new, effective exercises and work out options.

Personalized Programs
Our Certified Personal Trainer can design an online training program specifically for you based on your individual profile. Most exercise enthusiasts are successful at attaining their goals when utilizing a custom designed program especially for them.  We design programs for working out anywhere (home, gym, or on the road) and for use with a variety of equipment or none at all.
The Right Program for You
Don’t like running?  Love running?  Hate weight machines?  Love dumbbells?  That’s awesome!  No matter what your likes and dislikes are, we will provide exercise programs based on what You enjoy doing!  Don’t have much free time available for working out?  Can’t work out during “normal” hours?  No problem.  We can design an effective program for someone who wants to work out every day or for someone who can only work out a couple of days per week and you decide when is the right time for you to work out.
